(Today's post is shared by Donna, of Swish Printables. I love all the creative ways she came up with for sharing the fun of Halloween with neighbors and friends!)
It's that time of the year again! You know...THAT time? My favorite time of the year? Fall! And with fall comes so many of my favorite things: sweaters and boots, crisp cool mornings, changing leaves, pumpkin any-thing....and Halloween. I love Halloween. I seriously do. I love dressing up...I love the anticipation of trick or treating. And I love sharing goodies with my neighbors and friends!
This year I decided to create my own set of "You've been Boo'd" printables (or maybe you prefer: You've been booed?). Either way - this is a super fun (and easy) way to spread some of the nicer things about Halloween to the folks who live near you....or maybe work with you!
Here are a few photos of the printables "in action"! I'll be featuring several guest bloggers in the coming weeks as they show off how they used my new free Halloween Printables.
I loved using the ribbon from Oriental Trading to dress up this rather boring white frame. Oriental Trading is one of my FAVORITE places to get party-related items - and the fact that they had a bundle of orange ribbon made it super simple to pick just the right ones for this frame. (Thanks so much to Cupcake Wishes and Birthday Dreams for supplying me with this great ribbon for my project! Can't wait to link up with you on your FAB 13 Days of Handmade Halloween)!
With some yummy homemade peanut butter fudge - which I'm NOT a baker so please be duly impressed, kay?
Wait until you read my custom poem - I feel so Dr. Suess-like!
And my favorite: Polka Dots!
Yummm - Apple pumpkin muffin. And no, I did NOT bake this one. I did eat it though!
For the final treat, I went super simple and just put some candy corn in this cute orange polka dot bag, crated a quick medallion for the center (using the orange ribbon from Oriental Trading and the black ribbon was from my "collection"). It's now all ready to deliver to a friend!
Check out the close up of my craftiness! I got a little crazy with the glue - but still cute.
