{Cupcake Monday} Throwback: Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes

I've probably re-posted about these delicious confections a few times, but I believe they deserve the amount of time and attention I give to them. I made these Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes with Bailey's Buttercream Frosting about a year ago and proclaimed them to be 'thee best cupcakes evah!'....and they soooo are.
