{Sneak Peek} Monster High Mini Top Hats

Even though my daughter's having a spa party, I wanted to make a few fun hats for the girls to wear  when we sing Happy Birthday!  I saw these cute party hats online but wanted to make some to coordinate more with the aqua and pink color scheme of the party.  I crafted this one last night and wanted to share the 'finished' product with you.  They were pretty easy to make and I will share a tutorial later; can you believe that I made them with just paper plates, glitter paper, hot glue and other embellishments?

Can't wait to share the tutorial with you!

  1. What a fun idea. This would be a great addition to a Project Runway themed party or an Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter party or so many other themes.

Thanks for sharing this. I've pinned it to my Alice in Wonderland party board. I'm thinking I may have to find a reason to try it soon!

Even a pageant! Because my sister wants to enter my niece for a pageant and she wanted me to make a tutu and a top hat. I had no idea how to make a top hat so you just helped me out so much :)
